Experience of handling fabrication with advance machineries like Automatic weld/CNC profile cutting etc. Be competent in reading, understanding engineering drawings, be able to maintain Workshop in order to keep all machines/facilities up-to-date, schedule preventive maintenance etc. Should have hands on knowledge on various welding process, be familiar with different fabrication machines, monitor productivity/ efficiency of manpower, be able to develop various jigs & fixture to execute the work economically. Ensure availability of resources at shop for smooth execution and timely completion of the project, able to deal with sub-contractors and monitor the productivity for timely completion.
