Talentrio was founded by Mr. Prem Verma in 1988. After an extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, Mr. Verma recognized a deficiency in the functional quality of regional placement firms, so he set out to fully train and develop a small team of committed individuals to take on the challenge.

Advertising your vacancies on our website is a free and seamless operation, which allows applicants to view opportunities at all times. Controlled by the Navigator system, once the vacancies are filled they are automatically removed from the site ensuring the listings on our site always stays updated. We also advertise vacancies in the Print media (local and National) from time to time wherever necessary.
Quality assurance:
Training and Assessment: All candidates have their relevant skills assessed on our PC based system, allowing our professional consultants to match skills with a high degree of accuracy. Free cross training, is also offered, which ensures that all applicants have the appropriate skills when joining your company.

If you find our services better than your existing Agent then continue with us or carryon with your existing agent. You have nothing to lose
- You do not pay a single penny to us for any services rendered during your Trial Period, however, if you find us better than your existing Agent then reimburse our expenses & pay our recruitment fee.
- Reimbursement of expenses would be restricted to the advertisement cost only. Advertisement would be released only if we do not get sufficient & qualified tradesmen from our existing 50,000+ strong database.

Selection Process

Upon getting an enquiry from our clients, the following steps are executed to source out the exact candidate.
Database Search:
The requirement is initiated by first querying our strong updated database to locate available candidates.
Print Media:
If the required candidates are not available in our database, the positions are advertised in the leading news papers that have a wide reach all over India.
Preliminary Interviews:
Applications are thoroughly screened, scrutinized and only those matching the specified requirement are called for a preliminary interview. The candidates are then subjected to a strict examination by our professional staff. Only those candidates who match our client's requirement and clear our preliminary selection criteria are short listed.
Trade Test:
If required, or in case our clients are unable to come down for personal interviews, the candidates undergo a trade test. For this purpose, we have tied up with one of the finest trade testing facilities in the country whose testing procedures are relied and trusted by our numerous clients.
Final Selection:
Our clients have an option of personally conduction interviews of short listed candidates or they can rely upon our tried and tested selection procedures to make the final selection.
Medical Examination:
Candidates who make it to the final selection list are sent for medical examinations. The medical examination is exhaustive and conforms to the procedures laid down by the consulates of the respective countries.
Mobilization:
The names of the candidates who clear the medical test are then sent to our client for visa processing.
Total days taken for the selection procedure: 14 days max.
