Job Description

Engineering graduate with 10 to 12 years with proficiency in the field of Façade Access Equipment with exposure in Design, Installation and Commissioning and after sales support. Key Responsibilities: • Provide management information & insights on all dimensions of work area performance to facilitate discussion & decision making, both on a periodic basis & for ad- hoc management requests. • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, & instructions to ensure controlled consistency. • Knowledge of Bidding procedures, submission of tenders, post tender clarification & negotiations. • Effective mobilisation for commencement of a Construction or Maintenance Project. • Cascade the organizational plan into individual accountabilities by distributing tasks in a balanced manner amongst all team members. • Supervise & guide the Installation/Maintenance teams, to ensure accuracy & update the management on the site progress against the plan for the job site. • Maintain close relationship with the customers to maximize the customer satisfaction. • Support & mentor junior colleagues with installation & operations requirements at the client sites. • Conduct formal & informal trainings on technical tasks for team members to help develop their skills & enhance operational effectiveness. • Advise & coordinate with Finance Department of the work stages at the client site. • Ensure implementation of HSE procedures as per Company HSE policy & good industrial practices.
